Privilege Car Insurance
Website: Privilege
Privilege car insurance has something most insurers don’t offer: protection against losses from uninsured drivers. No claims bonus protection and a guaranteed hire car are both available at extra cost. In the event of an accident repairs are guaranteed for five years if carried out by an approved repairer.
- No claims discount for all named drivers
- 10% discount per additional car insured
- Uninsured driver cover
- 5 year guarantee on repairs
Privilege car insurance offers the usual range of cover with one important addition: protection against losses from uninsured drivers, which normally damage your no claims bonus. Provided you get the driver's registration your no claims bonus shouldn't be harmed. You'll also get a 10% discount for each additional car you insure during your first year with Privilege.
Your Privilege car insurance quote may seem awfully cheap, but when you look closely you'll see that no claims bonus protection isn't standard and the basic excess is £300, not the usual £100. Change that and our suburban dad's premium goes up a bit from £286.65 to £347.55, or £369.60 to guarantee a hire car during any repairs.
